Every time I tell you that I’m ready to sleep, you discover some news that you decide to share with me. I know it’s hard to not be able to vent, but you say things that leave me feeling bent. I’m a mess and can’t keep dealing with this. It’s a mystery to me why I have to carry your burdens as well as my own. Sometimes I think, I’d be better off alone.
