King Arthur: Legend of the Sword was so good!  I...

Sounds good! Going to see it tomorrow. I’m still sad they cut Guinevere from the movie.

Well...spoiler?  Maybe?  To be safe.

Astrid Bergès-Frisbey’s character is never actually named in the movie.  She’s just called the Mage.  And while nothing romantic ever actually happened between her and Arthur in the movie, it seemed like the were gearing up to head in that direction.  I am willing to bet money that if the movie had done well and more were made, it would have eventually been revealed that the Mage’s name is Guinevere.

I acknowledge I could be wrong.  But let’s face it, there aren’t going to be any more movies and at this point the Mage can be whoever you want her to be.
