if you put stock in the multiverse theory in egypt (which one can assume kaiba does too because its unrealistic to time travel like they used to show in old science fiction shows. dsod even speaks of different dimensions) then why would he risk the chance of going back in time to duel a different atem? it probably wouldnt feel right because that isnt exactly his rival. itd make more sense to travel to the after life and meet atem - an atem he knows - to duel him

isn’t it canon that the multiverse thing is real in yugioh now (because of the plana/aigami, and kaiba fuckin succeeded in going into the afterlife lmao)

and yeah, thats why i was also thinking maybe he’d try to go back in time to when atem was still with yugi instead of traveling all the way back to ancient egypt (and try to stay in that short (high school life) period in a loop)??? though i guess to him going into the afterlife makes more sense hahahahh;;;;

What if Yamato's Gabumon used a Crest of Disfavor instead of the Crest of Friendship?

From baby I to adult will stay the same since the adventure use the crest at the perfect and ultimate level.

Baby I - Punimon

Baby II - Tunomon

Child - Gabumon

Adult - Garurumon

Perfect - Cerberumon: Werewolf Mode

Ultimate - Ancient Sphinxmon

For Gabumon I picked Cerberumon: Werewolf Mode and Ancient Spinxmon.

Now, I will say that I don't really have a reason for this I just like it. I like how it mimics the original line with having Garurumon going bipedal back to a quadruped.

I also like how Ancient Sphinxmon is based of a sphinx, which is a lion which is a cat and Garurumon and Cerberumon: Werewolf Mode are dogs.

There are other digimon I was thinking off like Cerberumon instead of Cerberumon: Werewolf Mode and Grand Dracumon instead of Ancient Sphinxmon.

I do like how in the Wikimon description in says that when any angel type digimon that gets close enough to it will fall and become a demon/devil/fallen angel type digimon.

So I'm not has happy with this one as I was with the Agumon line so if you have any other ideas then please share.
