I got one person saying to continue so I did. Reminder, I'm not a writer so pls give me constructive criticisms on how to improve. I am continuing from the last paragraph!
"Hey, hey its okay its okay." The blonde reached out for his friend but was surprised when Harry launched himself into Draco's lap and sobbed. Immediately pale arms wrapped themselves around Harry's scarred and sticky back. Draco tried to calm Harry down by rocking them back and forth, rubbing his back softly, and cooing in his ear.
After what seemed like an eternity, the small boy's cries quieted. Draco, confused by his friend's behavior, pulled back slowly to look the raven-haired boy in the eyes. Harry seemed reluctant to look up. The blonde put two pale fingers under Harry's chin and lifted his head so that their eyes would meet. Draco softened seeing Harry's eyes bloodshot and wet, his dark face glistened with tear tracks, his curved nose puffy and still sniffling.
"Harry, please tell me what's wrong. I only want to help."
After a bit Harry sighed and opened his mouth to reply, only to start coughing as his hours of crying caught up with him, leaving behind a dry and sore throat. Quickly, Draco summoned a glass and filled it with a quick aguamenti. Watching as Harry quickly downed that glass and then two more before he felt okay again.
A silence fell over the pair as Harry gathered his thoughts. Draco, allowing his friend to take his time, started to observe the room that Harry's mind created when he summoned the ROR. It wasn't small, but it wasn't large either. Draco couldn't tell what color the walls were as it was too dark to tell, the fairy lights around the bed, although pretty, weren't bright enough to allow any distinct features of the room to stand out. But the bed they were on was lit up spectacularly. It strangely round, but wide and softer than Draco had ever thought possible. The dark green duvet was silky and comforting, feeling similar to that of a hug. There were various stuffed toys and pale pillows scattered around them. And to Draco's confusion, there seemed to be a couple pacifiers and bottles.
Harry sighed and opened his mouth, catching the slytherin's attention once more.
"I was having a panic attack and Seamus found me in a rather compromising position. I panicked even further and ran here." Harry once again refused eye contact as he finally spoke, his voice deep and soft, if a bit broken in some places.
Draco stared and then spoke, "Why were you having a panic attack Harry?"
"Because Hermione wouldn't stop asking me questions! She kept pushing and I didn't want to think about the answers."
Silence again fell on the two. Draco waited with bated breath for an answer.
"Harry? What was she asking?"
"She...she was asking about the Dursleys. About how I was treated. She wanted to look up if I could have any long-lasting effects from it. I understand she's just trying to help but she wouldn't stop pushing. So I ran."
Emerald had finally met grey during Harry's answer. Draco could understand why Harry had run away, but what he didn't understand was the items Harry's mind had seemingly found comfort in. He opened his arms silently for a hug. Harry seemed to leap into his embrace once more. Pointy hands rubbed up and down the raven's back, conveying a message of comfort and understanding.
But the moment was shattered when Harry stiffened.
He jumped back and stared at Draco, leaving the blonde confused and shocked.
"Harry!? What's wrong? Are you okay?"
"You saw! You saw and you haven't said anything!"
"Saw what? What are you talking about?"
The shorter boy picked up one of the pacifiers and a bottle and held them up with shaky, scarred hands.
"These! You saw them didn't you!"
It was more of an accusation than a question and Draco didn't know how to react or to answer.
Sooo what do you think? I can write more to it, I just would like to know if its okay so far? Thank you to that person who said to write more bc I wouldn't have
