(I’m going to put this under a readmore because this is really a bunch of my anxiety thoughts and stuff and I don’t want people who aren’t comfortable with that stuff seeing it.)

Also if you read this could you please maybe like it? Just so I know that I’m not just venting into the void? (Also please don’t reblog this, if you want to say anything either reply or send me a private message this isn’t something I want reblogged)

Over the past like 1-2 weeks my mood as been really odd? Like It’s been really up and down? But like not just good days and bad days like my mood can change every hour. 

Like its not like 2-3ish weeks ago where I was constantly anxious but that was mostly fear about plans not working out? And once those got figured out I felt a lot better. 

And its definitely A LOT better than the beginning of the summer where I was constantly anxious and near tears because I was dealing major replacement anxiety from like May-June for like the entire two months. And then my girlfriend and I broke up and I was really upset about that and all that junk.

But like? Even now I still feel weird you know? Like One second I’m fine and then another I’m full of so much anxiety and doubt? Like I start to doubt everything I do and feel really worthless and that everyone I’m friends with is eventually just going to leave. While its not as bad as before. (Mostly cause I talked to one of my closest friends about it and she was really comforting and reassuring.) Like sometimes it’ll come back? I haven’t been able to focus, I keep getting upset so easily and its frustrating cause I want to talk to my friends about this but I don’t know what to say!!! I don’t know how to explain it without sounding needy or clingy or anything! 

Over the past two weeks the only thing that makes me feel calm and relaxed is reading. Even movies and TV and stuff don’t really relax me that much. Just reading, its kind of like how I was in elementary school, when I felt anxious or upset I just read because it was the only thing that could distract me. 

I don’t know, I probably just am screaming into a void.
