I really like kale, but I am getting so tired of seeing recipes involving kale. (Even when it’s not tough, raw stuff.)
Yeah, it’s totally possible to substitute other greens. But I still find it disconcerting, the number of people who act like they just never heard of leafy greens before.
(Which, yeah, I’m glad they found something they like if that’s the case? But it’s still odd to me.)
