i gotta hang in there for another week o(-( i was supposed to have a dr's appt yesterday but had to reschedule for next tuesday which is fine but goddddd rawdogging life while on my period fuckin sucksssss,,,,, just give me the drugssssss 😭 reminds me of when i was 18 and in the pits of mental illness hell dfgfdGDFDFGD
#i can feel myself being annoying as hell too and its pissing me off 🥴#anyway ive accepted like ten years ago that i'll need to be on some kind of medication for the rest of my life in order to feel functional#and BE functional#and i have no gripes over that at all#it just SUCKS that there will be off periods like this where refills run out#appointments need to be rescheduled#etc etc and i have these moments where i feel LIKE THAT#and i just have to not give in to certain impulses ykno?#that said imma bring up PMDD to my dr too bc while unmedicated those certain impulses pop up during the week before menstruation and im jus#o(-( what the fuck
