the sheer amount of “what if they just did this or didn’t do this“ in the last few episodes of the earth book of atla had my brother and i losing our minds for the 10000th time.
it also prompted this:
lee: well technically this is all the professor’s fault for showing them the library. me: at that point it’s sokka’s fault. lee: wait did he decide to go there? me: yea lee: well if they just didn’t DO the mini vacations- me: honestly aang just shouldn’tve come out of the iceberg and then none of this would have happened.
