guys jack is so snarky of course i was re-reading @therentyoupay 's wonderful jelsa characterization essay/notes -- just a beautiful array of characterization, dialogue, personality, journey and BRO

in the movie when he goes -- "there's a tiny wooden baby." he's trying to get it- he's been alone for 300 years - he is jaded and wiser than his (physical) years so to speak... and like. just thinking about all of this and all his loneliness is making my heart heart. i just needed to say so because tumblr is the place to say it

Kiwi Easter -

The Savannes will come over to the Laveau's. Team Savanne will be done up in their colorful girly best to the family's now traditional Pastel Puke Party. Paintball guns will be loaded as usual. This side of the world will be continuing some low key traditions they'd carved out over the years too.

Chip and Dale will be the bottomless pits they often can be. Dale will outdo Chip in a cake contest. His zombie-side slows him down now.

Valerie would get all Sesame Street with the buffet catering to the aging toddlers running about. The triplets will get Easter baskets full of stuffies and goodies. So will the Marassa twins who shows up tangibly and runs around with the toddlers all day.

As it will be a decent day in their yard midseason Chip and Dale will also goad Team Savanne, Chess, Valerie, and Scout into the moat for chicken with Balrog. So guests will end up drenched by the end of the night. The moat will end up with a haze of colors from paintball paint peeling off them all. Basically, Easter on the New Lothlorien will be a big back yard sort of day.

At the very end of the night after cleaning up there will be a poker game with Medusa where Captain Hook would make a call from the Nevers in the middle of it checking in on her. Valerie will enjoy witnessing the connection is still there and give Thomas a cheeky side eye enjoying the history of them all and how far they've all come together. She loves the feeling of family and friends coming all together again. Things are starting to feel easier to her in New Zealand finally there long enough to truly feel like she's made a real home there.
