In my head I've been thinking of the One Minute War as being a week or two long in speedster time.
I didn't consider that it might be a few months until today.
I'm fairly confident it won't be a year or more because Irey and Jai have named friends in their class and moving them up a year would undo all of that. But a few months? That's doable.
Can you imagine what that must look like for everyone else??? To be casually talking and joking around with Bart and then suddenly everything blurs around you and there's Bart 20 pounds lighter in a torn, dirty suit with cuts and bruises everywhere and matted hair.
Linda, who hasn't even announced her pregnancy yet, would come back visibly pregnant. She would go from no baby bump to almost ready to burst in a minute. Oddly reminiscent of her first pregnancy. Irey and Jai would have growth spurts. They might've grown two inches taller or made new suits. Wally would come back with stubble, new scars and a hell of a lot of explaining to do.
Barry would probably grow a beard because he forgets to shave in stressful situations. Ace will probably have a growth spurt and lose a noticeable amount of weight (really all of them would). Jay and Max will have more grey hairs. Jesse will probably come back with more muscle definition in her arms from having to rely on her super strength so much.
In a minute they'd all go from happy, healthy individuals to looking like hell and crying on the floor in pure joy because they finally won. They were hunted down. They were alone. It was up to them to save the entire world and fight off an entire planet's military might. They had no advantages or plans or weapons or backup. The battle scars, the war wounds, the malnourishment. It'd all be so alarmingly apparent to anyone who had just seen them a minute ago. It's a real life 'before and after' comparison.
