On Positivity.

Tumblr has an annoying habit of trashing positive posts about acceptance, equality, etc that actually do good just because they're not 'good enough' or 'accepting enough' or whatever. Like, that just seems counter-productive to me. Those OPs are trying, unlike so many others, and just because their thoughts don't match up with yours or maybe don't go far enough doesn't mean they should get shit for it.
