I’m trying to get better with digital art (art in general lol) and I’ve been experimenting with procreate and stuff.

The first advice I can give you, and I know you're going to hate me for this, but it is PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE! It is unfortunately the best way to get better!
Also, again, a bit of a weird advice, but STEAL! I'm not saying like, actually copy something or screen shot it and claim it's yours. But take inspo from all the things you like the most. Trace that shit! Take pieces from other art and put them into yours! Always being mindful of intellectual property, so do not go posting those things online, just use them for personal use!
That is the most basic advice I could give you to get better at art. It is a universal failproof method to getting better fast!
