honest to god i would have killed to have this poster as a kid. i found it on a fan website on the wayback machine

a group of andalites finding a yeerk dead-to-rights. pencil sketch with digital coloring, 2019.

head-canon while drawing this: they all crash-land on an arid/deserted planet together while in pursuit of a yeerk commander. While searching for the yeerk, two of her comrades become nothlit because of time-compression and the planet's host star (I had just seen Interstellar) but, that doesn't stop them in the least.

(if you don't know Animorphs lore: "nothlit" means you morphed for more than 2 hours and got stuck in your current morph.)

This yeerk really messed with them, somehow.

Possibly others on their ship, or wherever they started chasing it from.

Either way, its host body is either dead or has run away in the crash, and they find the parasite trying to skulk away.

note: there was some notes near her glutes I had to edit out

THIS GOT OUTTA HAND- I was gonna try to revenge for that headshot of Lohkel, Andalite for an Andalite. But then I saw that this character's backstory is so tragic and depressing that it could have come from an ACTUAL Animorphs book.

(TLDR= andalite lady. Andalite lady develops codependent relationship with yeerk. Yeerk is gf. They get sucked into the war. Ax slashes her throat. Yeerk takes her andalite wife's DNA and nothlits her to live out the rest of her life.) 》
