Well, I MEAN, they’re MARRIED…
The two of them together along the Chouginga, there was a sort of soft serenity that held fast among the ship when most were out and about tending to the helm, porting them across the stars from one destination to another. The crew busied themselves in their tasks while their commander and his bride spent time in their shared room, enjoying the marriage they ought to have had for the years that had passed.
Despite splintering off their room with another member of the company, times that Simon and Nia could find time alone were boons of themselves. Tender moments where tresses spilled out around them like clouds from far off planets and plush sheets raptured them as soft, careful kisses were taken between them.
For the longest time, Simon treated Nia was if she was fragile and would be broken if he pressed too much along her frame.
The woman never lamented on her husband’s coyness, but some noticed the disparagement between the expected motions of marriage and not. Perhaps it had been whispered in his ear that he could take things a step further. Perhaps it was the breath she had given when he had reached forward and pressed a kiss longer than normal in their room as she had begun to dress for the day. His name was uttered out, trembling with a needy look.
Because as much as the time had passed and her form had regained its youthful countenance of a young woman, her heart and body still held the desires that were unknown to her. Desires that only Simon could know and fulfill within her.
“Simo–” Before she could plead out his name once more, he had wrapped her up in another kiss, a fraction more aggressive than previous tender kisses shared between them. A trill of elation emanated from her throat as floret eyes fell closed, her arms wrapping around his shoulders eagerly, the clothing she had garnered dropping to the side.
Within seconds, her back pressed against the wall of her room, a leg lifting with ease and nearly like a dance, his hand shifted to hike up her hips to lift them around his middle. Her ankles crossed behind him, locking him in closely as their mouths never left one another, rather, increasing in their voracity towards one another.
Close lips pulled apart, tongue flicking, exploring the other in a heated passion that had felt too built up through the years. Threads that held them back snapped as her fingers dove into dark tresses, a moan forming to vibrate along his maw. It was only that moment that Nia began to realize a welling inside of her, unfamiliar yet wholly wanting to be discovered by the man before her.
Breaking apart their intensity, her eyes opened slowly, seeking out his gaze as she kept her grip firm, cheeks alight with need, the hastened heartbeat easily felt between her exposed skin and his chest that held her firmly in place. “S-Simon…” She stumbled out, her breathing ragged from the simple connection between them before she swallowed back.
A flicker of her gaze took in the bed that laid made and nearly pristine. Their bed.
“I-I remember…S-someone told me about a honey…moon?” It had never made sense to her, the moon was not made of honey. In fact, the hanging spherical object in their gravitational pull had been worse than any could have ever thought, but the term had stuck for the semblance of a unification beyond the vows of marriage taken before all of their friends and loved ones.
Truthfully, at the moment, it was hard for her to focus on any of her memories of who might have imparted this knowledge. Nia was too centered in the moment, Simon before her and the rush of blood coursing through her system. Her fingers slid to his cheeks, the princess’s own radiating with blooms of heat. “…We never…Had one…” A whisper now as her breath still remained uneven, her frame unintentionally shifting along his own, her legs snug against his hips.
A small instigation with the edge of fingertips to pull him closer, her lips parting again as Nia drew in, clipping his lips with her own with her request while lids fell to half cast. “…Can we…have one now, Simon?”
