If I see another person on TikTok thinking it’s some gotcha moment to say characters such as Jason Todd or Todoroki Touya should have just “moved on from dying,” I will lose it.

Putting aside the fact these characters dying (Jason) or being in the brink of death (Touya) being vital to their goals and literal characterization; genuine question: How should they act?

Should they come back and be completely fine with their deaths essentially meaning nothing and legacies being shit on by the people supposed to care and love for them? Should they be woobie doobie cute about it?

In what scenario reuniting with their families ends up in anything other than further suffering for them? To have to swallow their grief for themselves while their families act in self-serving ways? To have to be fine with such torturous deaths AND resurrection being made about anybody other than themselves? Would you not go insane????

If these characters were fine with their deaths (and resurrection), they wouldn’t exist.
