When Buck said, "As much as everyone wants me to be, I don't have feelings for Eddie" WHO IS EVERYONE?! Nobody in universe wants Buck to have feelings for Eddie. Tommy thinks Buck has feelings for Eddie, and Maddie thinks it's possible. The only people who want this are the shippers. This line is not about the characters it's directed to the audience! That seemed pretty clear to me that he doesn't have feelings for Eddie and that's final.
