h..i I'm not really on here, and not looking at notes rn, just letting u know i'm alive lol.
this blog became too toxic/enabling of me collapsing... too much social media is bad... saying too much feelings on social media without an idea of change is bad...
I think i may have gotten addicted to sympathy. (and then i'd say things and scare myself to death of someone saying something mean and it would be vicious cycle and I'd stay awake at night... ) because i didn't have much . like ever (or too much i don't even know
i'd be too much of a ghost coming back to this now... perhaps enable same cycle.
but i'm trying to m ov e for rward.. :D
dad's last day of work today
I am not going to the party my uncle is throwing at a hotel tomorrow bc i don't want to benefit from someone who supports russia.
speaking up for the truth and what's right will always matter.
Ukrainian POV: you wake up from sounds of explosions, ring through all of your friends and relatives to make sure they are still alive, read comments from russians who celebrate deaths of innocent ukrainian civillians, read comments from americans with palestine flags in their bio about how you have it easy (they know better) and how dare you not talk about Palestine instead of another war crime you just barely survived, read a NYT article about russian "microprotests" with instagram posts of toys, then drink your coffee and are somehow expected to operate normally as if nothing happened.
Eternal gratitude to the ukrainian army for my privilege of being able to survive and sit here complaining, instead of dying under rubble from crush syndrome as yes-all-russians intended me to.
there are Russians who speak up against the war. These russians definitely didn't intend you to be killed. It is wayyyyy too few. But to show facts and truth, some are strongly against the war and lose their freedom for it.
Some who spoke up against the massacre massacre Bucha and were imprisoned for many years.
It isn't just "microprotests" although people can be imprisoned for small things.
A young man who wrote a poem against the war was raped.
Horror of the war is the responssibulty of those who have not spoken up. But some individuals in russia are fighting FOR Ukrainians.
These are the only Russians I admire at the moment.
It makes sense to hate the country thats attacking and I won't blame anyone for doing that
All of any nationality or race can never be totally evil though. People are people. Under some circumstances, some are worse, and some are better
Many people collapse from fear
In this case a few still stand up for life truth justice and freedom and I will give them credit for that.
wait people sleep with their doors closed????
okay now im curious. reblog this with where youre from and if you sleep with your door open or closed
This is what the shopping center in Dnipro now looks like after the Russian missile strike.
I'm sorry but everyone should care about a massive state launching an invasion on a peaceful country.

Because generational Trekkies are a well known phenomenon, as are “my friend got me into it” Trekkies, I’m curious: When did you get into Star Trek?
As a kid
As a teen
As an adult
Feel free to tag with your first series and how you got into it!
