First Kiss

(Taki blurb)

You and Taki were currently sitting on the rooftop of your building alone at night, watching the city lights and the stars together in awe. You swear you've never seen stars as beautiful as these ones. Suddenly, you see a flash before your eyes and the click of a camera, so you look over to see your long time friend has taken a picture of you.

"Hey!? Delete that, I wasn't ready!" You argue only to have Taki grin mischievously, amused at your dumbfounded expression.

"I'm definitely keeping this." He says, looking at your picture. "You look too cute in this picture." You give up and lean closer to look at the picture he took.

"You look happy." He adds, turning the phone in your direction so you could see it properly. He's right.

"Wow.." You mumble, amazed. Taki stares at you for a moment and gently lifts up your chin to look at him.

"There's something I want to tell you, ______." He looks at you with those brown eyes of his, strands of hair falling over them.

"I'm listening" You say, feeling your heartbeat go crazy inside your ribcage from being this close to him.

"I.. I like you." He stammered. Your eyes go wide in surprise at his words. You've kept a crush on him but never had the courage to confess and certainly didn't expect him to feel the same. "It's been a while already." His careful expression says it all. He really does like you.

"I... like you too, Taki." You say, hoping this isn't just a fruit of your imagination.

Suddenly you hear a loud thunder and shrink into the boy's arms. You look up and notice the sky that was clean minutes ago were now gathering clouds, concluding soon it will begin to rain.

Your attention is brought back when Taki holds you tightly on his embrace and you look back at him. You look deep into his eyes the same way he looks into yours, slowly closing the distance until you both are so close that you can feel his hot breath on your skin.

Two hearts pounding as you share this moment, the first kiss you've been waiting for. You smile as you fit your lips into his sweetly, pulling away after a minute when you feel a drop of water touching your skin.

"Will you be mine?" He asks placing a hand on your cheek.

"Yes!" You answer happily and pull him to get up before the rain get stronger, so you both go back safely hand in hand. It's a magical night for the both of you.
