hello, i have another question about deers. do all fawns/deer babies has the white spots? or it's just several species that has them?

A majority of them do! However, a handful of species are born without spots: moose, reindeer/caribou, tarucas, huemuls, Javan rusa, marsh deer, and Calamanian hog deer. Most sambar are also solid colored at birth, except for Malayan sambar, which are born with faint spots that quickly fade.
