Season 2

.01: Wil Ohmsford: tremblig hand and angry, injured forearm because of self- harm, sad and miserable, rough fight and bloody cut, magically healed himself grunting and grimacing, passed out, awakenig groaning, worried, attacked by an energy hit and roughly fallen to the floor, grunting; Allanon: rough sword and magic fight against Bandon, hit by energy ball and thrown outside a window, on the edge of a cliff cruised and grunting; Bandon: rough sword and magic fight against Allanon.

.02: Wil Ohmsford: chased and panting, gasping for air, worried, grabbed and groaning, gasping in pain, mind painfully probbed and blood from nose and ear, roughly fallen to the floor and groaning in pain, hit by energy and fallen to the floor. punched and knocked out; Allanon: hit with a brass knuckle and knocked out, captured and his magic contained with a collar, bloody forehead and unconscious loaded on a horse; Ander Elessedil: upset; Bandon: attacked by Will unsuccessfully; Garet Jax: fought against multiple armed enemies, knife at his throat.

.03: Wil Ohmsford: unconscious and bloody nose and ear after the previous episode, self-piting and burns on his forearm from self-harm, turned himself in to infiltrate into the dungeon, bloody lip and hands chained, under sword point, manhandled and beaten, heavily panting, dragged away, roughly pushed to the ground and grunting in pain, captured and chained, angry at Allanon, cut and large needle insert into his neck, screaming in pain, blood drained slowly and painfully, rescued and freed of chains, helped walking; Allanon: still captured after the previous episode, bloody forehead hands chained and manhandled, hit and fallen to the floor, chained to a cross and badly beaten, tortured with an hot rod repeatedly and screaming in pain, trembling and panting, tried to walk and collapsed into Will’s arms, chained again, emotionally hurt by Will’s words and heavily breathing, rescued and freed of chains, screaming for the effort of using magic; Garet Jax: under sword point, insulted and conflicted, fought against multiple armed enemies, almost hit and painful flashbacks.

don’t get me wrong, i love the first & only season of the shannara chronicles, it is a brilliant adaption of the book i read when i was ten but after re-reading it again (whilst still thanking all deities that they didnt do the actual canon ending for amberle in the show) there are some things that would’ve been fun to see in the show.

1) ander elessedil canonically survives & is the last remaining member of the elessedil family until he has a son - edain elessedil (a mother is never mentioned so im assuming it’s diana)

2) i know it was for the sake of a cliffhanger but i preffered it when eretria stayed with wil & amberle, yes they had to watch amberle be torn apart limb by limb & formed into the ellcrys but at least wil wasnt alone.

3) allanon basically sitting wil down & going on a nearly chapters length rant about the history of the ellcrys & how it was not his fault & that wil needs to get his shit together (wouldve saved a lot of time)

4) allanon & amberle roasting the living shit out of wil before the quest.

5) amberle knowing about the whole ellcrys thing from the beginning & working with allanon.

6) amberle hugging allanon & basically deciding to take a whole nap on said druid.
