I still miss working in academia, and I probably always will unless I return to it in some way, shape, or form, but I don’t miss the institution of academia one bit; and I admire everyone who works within it and retains their sanity. or tries to.
also: I highly recommend taking a look at Pippa Goldsmith’s novel “The Falling Sky.” I haven’t read it yet myself, but what I heard of it tonight was brilliant.
Okay, i am very sorry, but i had completely forgotten that i have a presentation tomorrow (about the Syrian Civil War, which is no fun at all to read about, it's all sad and horryfying), so i won't be able to do any more blogrates tonight ono, but i will be back tomorrow, and if you want i'll do more then :) + I love all your messages about s10, i don't know when i'll be picking members yet, but i will soon (not tonight tho).
