You guys.

I remember this day. It was a long time ago, must have been 2008 judging by the Year of a Million Dreams ears, making me 13. I remember meeting Peter Pan and I wasn’t super in to meeting characters at the time, but this guy was the best. He was super goofy. He flipped through my autograph book (that’s me in the front, by the way) and found a picture of Mickey Mouse, and bragged about how he knew him. “I’ve been to his house and everything.” Other antics ensued as he got into an argument with a guest, and the whole experience was absolutely delightful.

Years later, I watched some videos of a certain boy who kept adventuring and stayed not a grown-up, and thought, “Heyy, did I meet that guy at Disneyland?” The photographic evidence has never been found until now, but I am so excited it has! Thanks for giving me something fun to remember after all these years, Peter Pan!
