Another commission I did a while back for my dear @lightunup . I’m always naturally drawn toward smiley, mischievous, facetious , … faces . The ones that bring joy or make smile in various ways. But this original picture was so beautiful that I was really pleased by this change of emotion. Me and Andrew ❤ What happened was that I was in the queue to see Andrew Scott for the picture first. I had already seen him on stage and I was in the queue for a while. But when I got to him, I was very excited and nervous. As I approached him, my legs were shaking and I felt like I couldn't move. When I got to him, I asked for a hug (which he gave me). He put his arm around me and pulled me close to the side to his chest. He was so warm and his top was very soft. Then, I went to see him to get an autograph. Originally, I wouldn't have had one but my mother had a small talk with him and he WANTED TO TALK TO ME! We queued once again but it wasn't as bad as the last one. I approached him again, this time holding the three pictures, and set them on the table. He was talking to someone else as I approached but he soon turned to me, apologized, and then began to talk to me. He asked me how my life was, how I cope with some situations and when I told him that he was how I cope, he smiled brightly. His smile is absolutely adorable. After a few short more minutes of talking, I had to move along. But before I left, he put his hand up to me. I thought it was going to be a high five but when we joined hands, he held my hand and told me that it was going to be okay. This was the best day of my life.

FINALLY, DONE ! 🎆🎆🎆 My merman Andrew, which is a commission for my dear @mictlantecuhtli013013 , is finished. I think I spent on century on each detail, and on these mermaid scales ! But you will soon see a bit more about that, as soon as I finish editing the video. But I’m so happy with the depth of the ocean, and the colors, and fishes and the bubbles (you know I love shiny things 😁). I’m still not the best photographer there is, so I don’t think everything show up correctly here , but … yeah, that result is what I wanted, with the depth and sparkle I wanted, so I’m very happy for the many hours I putted in. (It’s quite big, 32x41cm (12.6×16.1 in) and saturated of colors) And to finish, I would just add that I have felt all the time I was drawing that this scene was what was happening under my previous commission, the Black Sails one.
