FINALLY, DONE ! 🎆🎆🎆 My merman Andrew, which is a commission for my dear @mictlantecuhtli013013 , is finished. I think I spent on century on each detail, and on these mermaid scales ! But you will soon see a bit more about that, as soon as I finish editing the video. But I’m so happy with the depth of the ocean, and the colors, and fishes and the bubbles (you know I love shiny things 😁). I’m still not the best photographer there is, so I don’t think everything show up correctly here , but … yeah, that result is what I wanted, with the depth and sparkle I wanted, so I’m very happy for the many hours I putted in. (It’s quite big, 32x41cm (12.6×16.1 in) and saturated of colors) And to finish, I would just add that I have felt all the time I was drawing that this scene was what was happening under my previous commission, the Black Sails one.
