Loki is canonically genderfluid so I thought it would be cool to explore a variant that likes to present more androgynously. I kinda made head canon for them too ahaha

This variant took over Asgard serval times (for a couple of days at a time) but got bored and gave it back. It became less about actually ruling Asgard and more about the challenge of taking it back.

After the Fourth time the rest of Asgard realized this and it became less of an inconvenience and more of a game.

By the Thirty fourth time it became an unofficial holiday.

Every time Loki would try to take over from then on, the people of Asgard would to thwart them through escalating deceptive means. And once Loki succeeds, there would be a several day long party celebrating the attempt before things would return to normal. Asgardian’s would tell stories of past attempts and genuinely start to appreciate Loki’s cleverness and magic which of course did not sit right at all with the TVA. If they hadn’t been Pruned they would have joined the Avengers fairly early on. But the timeline was not ready for crop top Loki.
