Does it happen to everything in the stores or just when you use a specific item? How exactly does it happen, when you try to make the item or when you’ve already made it and try to collect it? Or when you use it in a request?

And are you using a phone or a tablet?Did this start happening recently (after the latest update) or has it happened before?Try clearing your device’s and the game’s cache.

If anyone else is experiencing the same thing, please let us know. Same if you have any solution suggestions (this doesn’t happen to me or mod choro so we don’t know what to do).
