I am glad you have Mr. DS to help take care of you. I know the pain of couch based naps. My back hurt just reading it.
I’d have been okay if it had been an actual nap and only a couple hours. But this wound up being like six full hours of sleep on there. I was so screwed when I woke up.
Now I’m staring bleary eyed at Peanut going “Whyyyyy are you up at 6? Oh yeah, because you went to sleep at 6:30 last night...”

If you had to pick a favorite Dresden Files book, which would you choose. Personally I am all for White Knight.
It would be a toss up between Turn Coat and Skin Game. Probably for the same reasons. Harry is forced to work with someone he doesn’t like, and use everything in his ability and intelligence to get everything to work out for the best. Eventually he comes out on top, and deals a blow to his opposition, though he doesn’t quite win everything, and something is lost in the process.
