Illnath —|— And There Was Light Second Skin of Harlequin ________________________________________
“(I still don’t know what the whispered intro is saying.) And there was light, and the darkness that followed blinded my eyes The night made me trustworthy and hid all my lies I called the seventh of the eight and gave him my offer So cold were the feelings I bore inside after I’d lost her
Sometimes, I still can hear his voices calling, calling me from everywhere, and now and then, I feel myself slowly slipping out of myself into his
Hell claws at my window and makes me forget to tell her of the deal and the conditions I met, and now, it’s far too late to tell her what’s going on here Somehow, I’m almost looking forward to when this is over
I felt my ghost cross over and knew he was near, and across the river, I could see him standing there
[solo]
And there was light, and the blackness that followed blinded her eyes The night drew her to me, and we met in the dark, and this “Why am I here?” were the words that she said A kiss told her I was responsible for her being dead
She cried in silence and wiped away her tears She felt my cold hand amplifying her fears She knew where she was, and she cursed her beloved, and all of a sudden, it all was over
Sometimes, I still can hear his voices calling, calling me from everywhere, and now and then, I feel myself slowly slipping out of myself into his
Hell
I know he’s waiting there for me, somewhere in between destination and reality”
PLEASE HELP! For some time now I have.been in search for a lanyard/keyband from the exhibition "And there was light - The great masters". Been searching on Google, Tradera, E-bay, Etsy, Pinterest and various museums without luck. If anyone knows where I might be able to find one or if any has one I would really love to buy it. The printing is similar to the pictures I have posted below and also has the text "and there was light. Please contact me if you have any information tha can be help. Many thanks. <3
Even if he openly acknowledges that thats a problem at the beginning of his lecture "The Pathology of White Privilege"? I'm not trying to change your mind, just trying to get a new opinion. I had to watch the lecture for a play I did earlier in the summer and found it very eye-opening. I mean, it was also pretty frustrating because everything he says is total common sense but so many people still don't see how systemic of a problem racism is :P
I mean, Jared Loughner openly acknowledged that he shot Gabby Giffords.
Guess I'll ask again, since my first message seems to have mysteriously dissappeared...I'm just curious, but why are you not a fan of Tim Wise? Besides the obvious reason that he's a white guy getting the glory for talking about white privilege?
The obvious reason is the reason.
