BRAND NEW EXCLUSIVE CONTENT IN THE PRIDE HARDCOVER EDITION!

I wanted to share some details of some exclusive content to The Pride Hardcover Collection.

As many of The Pride's fans and readers may have read the whole series as we released the individual issues, I wanted to include something extra to make the hardcover worth their while too.

So as well as the short that was included in the Cardiff Independent Comic Expo Anthology that was limited to just a couple hundred copies, we will also be including a BRAND NEW and EXCLUSIVE short with artist Andy Clift!

Andy is the artist on Bertie Bear and Sgt. Steel - Allied Avenger, and will be coming on for an action-packed short that will be brand new for all readers of The Pride, old and new!

We are so excited to show Andy Clift's elegant ceramic sculptures at Pulse Art Gallery.  We will be open Labor Day weekend. Saturday, Aug 30, 2pm - 6pm we will have a PREVIEW of his work. We will also be open Sunday and Monday that weekend from Noon to 6pm. The next weekend will be First Thursday weekend which we will also be open our normal hours. His work will be here all of September.

ABOUT PORTLAND MAKER

In 2011 I moved to Portland Oregon. One of the reasons I moved here with my family is because Portland is full of creative people who are making things and building successful businesses using materials they love.

Portlanders seem to care about where things come from and want to support the people that live here. The local economy here is unlike any other city in the U.S. and should be looked at as a model to bring back manufacturing and other jobs to the U.S.

I am proud to be a part of a community that sees the value in buying products from their neighbors. As I setup my own Ceramics business in Portland and share my wares with the community, I look forward to the possibilities of this unique place.

I have created this site to connect buyers with sellers, to help other makers,  and to share stories of individuals on a similar path as myself.
