The doe was never observant, but today she had one thing on her mind and one thing only: The beach.

It had been hot all week, and today the heat was unbearable.

Grabbing her favorite swimsuit and a beach ball she marched her way to a secluded part of the seaside she had frequented through the years.

Perhaps she marched right by the beast, or perhaps it had hidden itself beforehand.

as she finally put her hooves into the nice cool water with a sigh, she heard a faint hiss. she looked behind her and saw the beast.

Two journeys are not easily made at once, yet a mother with child does such a thing.

Was encouraged to step outside my comfort zone, and since I loved the #spiderverse film, I figured why not.

While in Thailand for the week I’ve had an amazing host, and her favorite animal is a moose.

So I’ve done this watercolor to thank her.
