21. Do they suffer any mental disorders? (PTSD/depression/etc.)
Carrine definitely has PTSD; Akuze and death really messed her up. She’s constantly agitated by almost everyone, and she’s extremely reckless and self-destructive. She’s pretty much numb the entirety of ME3, because she knows if she stops and lets herself think the weight of everything will crash into her.
She’s had issues with depression since she was a teenager, just prior to the Mindoir massacre, and self-medicated with alcohol for a while. The Alliance makes her do more than the annual psych profile. This, of course, gets much worse when she survives ME3 and the Normandy is nowhere to be found.
22. Do they have any physical impairments? (Blind/Deaf/Loss of a limb)
She has a scar across her right eye and her lip from Akuze, which partially blinded her but modern medicine is terrific and fixed that right up.
After the Citadel explosion, most of the skin on the right side of her torso has to be grafted and she has metal implants in most bones in her right arm. The damage to her hearing couldn’t really be repaired so she’s partially deaf in her right ear.
