When I get mad/frustrated or in an argument with someone, I often have a really strong desire to hit them. I never do and I know it's bad, but just wanting to makes me feel like I bad person...how can I stop thinking this way? -jinger

I'm sorry that you're struggling with you're anger right now! I relate to this a lot because I get this feeling too, especially if it someone who I dislike anyway. I get a feeling in my tummy and my head kind of fuzzes and I feel so full of rage that I want to hurt the person and sometimes I kind of reach forward as if I am going to before I manage to stop myself. It also makes me do other things like clench my hands, tense my muscles and sometimes sort of bite my teeth down really hard. So, I do understand this feeling you are explaining. I don't think this makes you a bad person lovely, because firstly, you have never done it and you know it is bad, also, you are here asking for help about it, so you are definitely not a bad person :)
What I try to do is manage the anger somehow. Removing myself from the situation and getting away from it helps the most, with my mum I used to leave and go for a walk and stay out for a while until I had calmed down, I often had my headphones in too as music really helps me. If you can get away and do something else like draw or colour, or anything you enjoy doing in a calm environment then you can try that too! If you're in a situation where you can't leave or get away very easily, try to mentally take yourself out of the situation. You can do this by trying to talk to yourself in your head, tell yourself that they are not worth you going down to that level, and you are not going to hurt them because you don't want to and it would make you look in the wrong, when you are not- so try and keep a level head and take the moral high ground. Also you can try to imagine calm things in your head, calm sounds, calm images, or try to imagine what you're going to do to calm down, whether that is drawing or walking- start this activity mentally by planning your route or thinking about what to draw and what colours to use.
