okay so....basically rise and shine is a japan focused idol company!!!!! aka all it's idols PREFORM in japan and do jpop, jrock, and j-something else that isn't pop or rock, maybe like electro or smth!!!!!!! the founder of it is miss nasui usi, a dmab trans woman! she's overly cheery and likes to baby all the managers and band members!!!!!!

the manager for vanilla (put hearts for the a's) is miss toma mikheyev, who's not rly cheery but can be at times (aka when her band gets a hit single or something like that)? she's a bit rude and tries...her hardest...not to be for her band members...but she ends up being that way anyways and always apologizes??? yah. she's trying not to be rude anymore

the manager for chocolate (suns for o's) is mister hideaki kagome, a real down to earth kind of guy who doesn't really enforce rules onto his band members and let's them do what they want???? I DON'T KNOW WHY I'M DESCRIBING THEM TO YOU BUT.....IT FEELS IMPORTANT....but yah....that's hideaki he really doesn't give a shit about anything

AND THEN!!! THE MANAGER FOR divide (put music notes for the i's) IS MISS UMEKO SATO, ONE OF THE MOST WELL KNOWN IDOLS IN THE ENTIRE IDOL BUSINESS!!!!!!!!! but she retired early on because....she rly couldn't take ALL that fame??? and like....yah. it's pretty. anyways she's a mix of all three??? she's really peppy, yet she is sometimes rude, and she also doesn't really give a care???? mhm yep

AND SO.....LIKE.....THEY'VE ALL ACTUALLY BEEN FRIENDS SINCE CHILDHOOD? (toma moved to japan from ukraine when she was around 3 or 4) and so!!!!! umeko got into the idol business, while the others just sort of. did their thing? except it was related to music and stuff! (toma was a conductor for a high school's band, hideaki helped produce music videos, and nasui was a vocal coach) but then??? after like 3 or 4 years they sort of got :-/ about their jobs and that was about when umeko retired? and so BAM! one of them gets an idol business idea and that's literally how it all starts. that's all im giving you go nuts with everything fucking else
