Here’s my process for a recent drawing I’ve been working on; it’s currently missing a background.
The steps are: rough sketch, finished line art, flat colors, shading / lighting.

The main reason I made the switch from SAI to Manga Studio was to make comics - this is my first time using the comic tools in the program. Didn't put much thought into it, I pretty much just drew whatever. I was mainly just trying to get the hang of how it worked. Still, pretty satisfied with the result. Andy and Diamond are very supportive of Angie and Zo. Walter is happy for them but ultimately doesn't really care.
I just realised that me posting all of this cute ship art of Angie and Zoe before the comic’s completion is probably gonna take away from the effectiveness of their relationship when the thing does come out, buuuuuutttttt.. I dunno, I can’t help it. They’re just too goddamn adorable.
