Erwin:
He would definitely be surprised, to say the least, since this is not something that ever crossed his mind.
However, he’s not entirely against the idea either. The idea sparks his interest.
I think he would be comfortable with at least trying it, even if he thinks it won’t be a new habit they’d pick up.
Feel free to convince him otherwise.
It would be very new for him to let them take the lead. He has to get used to giving up some control here and while it’s not something he hates or is uncomfortable with, he’s not used to it and it’s more or less awkward.
They might have to actually tie him up somehow to prevent him from just grabbing them and taking over.
Something he would absolutely enjoy is a little show where he is forced to sit back and watch. May it be a little strip tease, lap dance, them touching themselves in front of him, etc., it would turn him on for sure.
Take it one step at a time, let him accustom to being more submissive first, before you charge right in with wanting to peg him!
The fastest way to get him used to the idea might be fingering. Just approach it slowly before you pull out the big guns, if you know what I mean. He’ll warm up to the concept eventually.

Tying him up or blindfolding him won’t do, though. He doesn’t like the restriction.

A little punishment is enough to put him in his place.
