Lol I stayed up rather too late to finish this. Well, I didn’t, really, because I was up until 6 yesterday but I’m feeling rather more tired tonight.

I drew some demonic ‘extras’ (in the actor sense). From left to right:

Angilia was my favourite of this collection of demons. I’m still not telling you what their design is based on, though! They’re a sturdy, reliable, no-nonsense sort. Possibly a low-rung legbreaker for Dagk?

Pan is an old character; originally they were a foil to Matthew, a fellow askelaast with a selfish and sadistic nature. Nowadays they are merely the creepy but well-meaning owner of a Grastel cafe - in part because I noticed a passing reference to a silent, massive-fanged waiter in a story and realised the resemblance! It’s possible they’re still an askelaast - the process of transforming from a human to a demon tends to introduce ‘mutations’ like a bear-trap jaw.

Finally, Tsevaz! This one’s just a demonic version of the slime queen. Their name derives from the raaki for ‘playing possum’: tsevatiiz. They, naturally, probably won’t actually be appearing in the Unnamed, unless I’m stuck for crowd scenes.
