I’ve made my feelings on their past actions clear (literally just add /tagged/angryfey to the end of my URL) and will not be reiterating my stance just because you want to create more bullshit.

Here’s my question in regards to the allegations of Briar being a pedophile:

Were they actively looking at/purchasing/owning child porn (of an actual child)? Did they actively molest a real child? Did they, at any point, have inappropriate sexual contact with a minor?

If the answer to any of those things is yes and you have proof (beyond screenshots of them having followed blogs several years ago) then I’ll review the evidence and go from there.  I’m not going to brand someone a pedophile (which even the mere allegation has the potential to ruin a person’s life) without concrete evidence.

Then again, if the answer to any of those things is yes, I also have to wonder why no one has taken the evidence to the authorities.   

The way it’s coming off to me now, though is that you’re just using this as a “GOTCHA!” to try and bully Briar off of tumblr - because if any of y’all were actually concerned about him being a pedophile and if any of y’all had evidence of such acts, you’d be taking the proper steps in contacting law enforcement rather than launching apparently baseless allegations on a social media website.

And you’re right - I do find someone saying they want to kill another person to be absolutely appalling.  This is made expotentially worse by the manner in which the declaration was made; The person didn’t just say “I want to kill them”, but instead asked phrased it as “I want to kill them, anybody else?”, as if they were trying to incite this mob mentality.  I’ve had someone pull that shit on me to the point where I had to get law enforcement agencies in two separate states involved (California and Illinois); I do not now, nor will I ever, put up with threats of violence, bodily injury, or death.

your post about dilutedd in regards to discoursezilla is bull because dilutedd has already posted an apology for that, explained that he was given incorrect information, and then changed stances to condemn discoursezilla. he gave a proper apology that said he regretting supporting them and it was wrong. and dilutedd wasnt the only person who was given wrong information about discoursezilla and manipulated into supporting them.

So, let me get this straight:

Dilutedd - blindly believed what a person told him, found out that he was wrong, apologized

Angryfey - blindly believed what a person told him (his abuser told him these actions were normal and okay), found out that he was wrong, apologized

So why should I forgive Dilutedd and pretend like his apology (that I suspect was only made when people began catching blowback over discoursezilla) makes everything all better when he isn’t willing to extend that same level of courtesy to Briar?
