Also i usually don't get into other inclusionist drama, but I'm really not understanding how y'all are really going "well he follow these blogs that posted terrible shit so clearly he's a MAP" because... That's just a reach and a half honestly.

Plenty of people don't purge blogs they followed, even active ones? Like I am still following blogs I did when I was 13. Admittedly shitty blogs because I was one of those annoying ass "anti sjw" people before I realized that it was a shit group. A lot of them still post. But I barely pay attention to my dash most of my time on Tumblr is spent in tags or using the messaging system to talk to friends. It doesn't mean that I still agree with that mindset, or that I still like and want to see those posts. It means I'm super fucking lazy with my blog handling.

My point here is do you guys have them interacting with these blogs? A like or a reblog or anything to show them acknowledging saud blogs? Because just following doesn't really mean much and seems like a super thin line to be attacking someone whose been abused since he was 6 and groomed to see it as normal. Like, I feel like y'all should probably be more focused on actual 'okay with CP' people instead of someone who didn't purge their follow list when he's gone through some extremely fucked up and damaging stuff that HE'S ACKNOWLEDGING IS WRONG AND ATTACKING ACTUAL PEDOPHILES.

you can teach a child how to report “"sexual assault”“ without sex being involved (including the word, it doesn't need to be taught as sexual assault) at all. show them "no no areas” or some shit where they know they shouldn’t be touched. sex IS NOT NECESSARY to be taught.

I just looked up “fatfae” on classic search, and apparently they deleted their blog. someone, whether it’s fatfae or not, has taken up the username and is posting a bunch of random pictures in the ace discourse tag.

It boggles my fucking mind how people can fanatically hate-mob a person, have someone create a URL to directly harass them and overall be a massive condescending, clique-y mess, and still consider themselves the moral high-ground. The cries of alleged pedophilia over sex education talk is ignorant, reactionary and hair-trigger at best, and ignored/diverted out of malice to misportray someone’s point of view at worst.

Fatfae deserved better than this. Maybe a mutual apology was in order once upon a time, for one person slipping up and the other person jumping the gun and telling them to die - I don’t know enough to say if that would have been fair. But the sick subgroup that has sprang up to destroy fatfae’s life has rendered that impossible, in any circumstance. At this point, any righteousness on behalf of the anti-fatfae crowd has been completely drained, and all that’s left is malice. I don’t know enough about fatfae to know what they’ve done in the past, but the current reaction is fucking appalling either way and you should all be ashamed of yourselves.

by saying that children should be taught about sex in detail in order to report abuse heavily implies that children are therefore responsible for keeping themselves safe and that children ought to "look out for themselves" which is absolutely disgusting and completely incorrect
