1981 edition of The Beast Within by Edward Levy, 257 pages. For fans of horror, monster stories, or angsty teens.
Okay, where do I begin? As a tiny tot of five, I remember my parents had three horror books that sat in our entertainment center: Shadowland, Pet Sematary, and The Beast Within. Even though I had this weird notion that if I opened the books or looked at them the monsters and scary things would come to life, I always pulled them out and looked at them. This cover was my favorite because the lines across the Beast’s hands were embossed, and it was fun to feel the grooves. Later on, all three books were chucked out of the house for donations, and I felt relieved because the books would no longer haunt my nightmares.
Well, little did I know I would become obsessed with horror books. And horror covers, of all things. Of course I had to get all three books back. Thankfully, I found the above copy.

Angsty.
We are all each a drop in the ocean, a celestial speck of dust in the galaxy; so insignificant and yet we are what makes up a whole. So I am no one, who are you? Are you no one, like me too?
