A visual guide to differentiate wolves from dogs, but of course, you’re free to exaggerate their proportions in order to give yours more personality, this is a realistic approach from my gathered knowledge! 😊
Cute bat fun fact!
If a vampire bat doesn't get enough blood (food) to survive to the next day another bat will let that bat feed on its blood so it can live to get more to eat the next day! Vampire bats look out for one another and it may be morbid it is CUTE.
Also dogs evolved eyebrows for the sole purpose of guilting humans into things and I think that's neat.
-Shade (sorry about not reblogging half of these lmfao I forget I send em XD. Hope you're doing well today!)
(No worries! 😊 I'm doing quite fine actually! Working on Daisy lore today for a RP group I'm in so it's nice :3)
And here I am, thinking I know a lot about animals and you come up in my asks with a bit of knowledge I didn't have! XD
That's really freaking cute indeed, the fact that they care so much for each other to make a small sacrifice like that 😭💕
And dog eyebrows! This one I actually knew, and they evolved with us side-by-side so much that even their digestif system changed to adapt to our food. Ofc there are some things they can't eat but still it's very impressive x3
Animal medicine

When a wild orangutan in Sumatra recently suffered a facial wound, apparently after fighting with another male, he did something that caught
I adopted a whittle kitty today and the shelter strongly suggested that we keep him separated from my other 2 cats and in a room by himself for 2 WEEKS, which I understand cause he could have some shelter kitty sickness we don't know about (one of my other cats did) and we don't want my other cats getting sick but at the same time leaving him alone in the guest bedroom with us checking on him is breaking my heart, I don't want him to get lonely. Is 2 weeks really necessary or would a week just do? Or possibly even less time?
