Please: - Do not say that they are here to work for our human species. - Do not say that their "job" is to sacrifice themselves to save us. - Stop justifying the oppression and damage of their dignified life and freedom under discriminatory actions suggesting their only worth is living as objects, tools or "resources." - Think about your human-species-privileges. Search and act to minimize the impact of your privileges on other animals (since many of these privileges are irrevocable). - Listen to and learn from others about being abusive / apologetic / or say condoning sentences about having "rescue dogs". - Take the phrase "No more animal abuse" seriously and ask yourself "is there any use of animals justifiable?" is it not truth that every type of animal exploitation is a form of "animal-abuse"? We are going to abolish from theses systems the anthropocentric notion that other animals are here for our pleasure, our entertainment, for our rescue, for transport services, for entertainment, for food, to be subjects of experimentation. "Respect" must be applied radically and "radical" is the right approach in a society that has normalized barbarism and cruelty in us to the extent we know today. If you respect animals, do not justify their exploitation. Keep silent for a moment and listen to other people, learn to be silent when your actions still justify suffering and animal objectification. Stop animal abuse! There is no use of dogs or other animals that can be justified, they are not human tools to rescue other humans!
