Arslan Senki (2015) Tagalog dub?

This is somewhat of a long story, so I'll go as quick as I can:

Just a few hours ago, I received as a YouTube recommendation a video of an apparently lost Sailor Moon dub (the old Indonesian dub). After checking the channel of the person who uploaded it, I found what was something very unexpected for me: a Hetalia: Axis Powers Tagalog dub. Interested in knowing more about this dub, I googled it, and found that it aired on a channel called HEROtv on the Philippines, which, apparently, centered around dubbed anime for the Philippines. Sort of like an Animax for the Philippines.

Well, I found a list of anime that this HEROtv channel aired, and I found myself with the surprise that this channel aired my favorite anime series: The Heroic Legend of Arslan. Apparently dubbed into Tagalog. I have searched, but I haven't found anything, quite literally NOTHING of this ever truly happening. Aside from an Anime News Network article detailing its premiere (it premiered alongside Orange, on March 22nd, 2017), them using the first opening (Boku no Kotoba) as an AMV to fill up time, and a promo video, where no audio of either anime is heard, however, the announcer is bilingual and introduces both series in English and Tagalog.

Now, this is actually really funny to me, because one of my main dreams was to find a lost dub of Arslan Senki; or really, anything that could enter the category of lost or rare media (like the novels. The 1991 manga is available on Chinese web).

The sad part of all of this, is that, apparently almost all of the new dubs this channel made, are actually lost...? Maybe I suck at googling, but I found few clips of Free!, the first two episodes of Hetalia S1, Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X, MHA S2, and Haikyuu!. Really, nobody seemed to pay much attention to HEROtv, at least online, as I don't find any backup of these dubs anywhere. Unlike the Latin American dubs of current anime series; before ToZ: The X is even finished, you're able to find the Latin American dub online, pirated, and put on top of BD rips.

If anyone knows anything about this, really, anything, please reply to me. I'm really interested as this is my favorite anime series! You can check the full list as provided by Anime News Network here.

That beautiful trainwreck is on Crunchyroll so if you wanna see a hilarious dub, go watch it there BUT OH BOY. I am a person who loves dubs and usually watches them first so I can focus on the story BUT THIS ONE. OMG I live for dank stuff like this XD! It’s as bad good as the YuGiOh Singapore dub 10/10 would dank again XD! Man, even tho the Nelvana dub was censored for Kids WB, it was way better ffffffff. ENJOY.....?????

It's going to drive me insane forever now that william wasn't in that surviving snippet because I desperately need to know if they followed the same trend every other dub did with him. Does he sound like a very bored and bitchy homosexual in this version also. Please. Please I need to know. I need to make sure it's universal-,
