This whole Assassin's Creed Infinity/Animus Hub thing sounds really stupid.

Mnemosyne would be more impressive with her ability to "change history without causing a dysync" if a different animus hadn't already been described doing that in the Descendants novels.

Maybe the previous example was just editing, while Mnemosyne is capable of a full simulation? It does make William Miles monolog in III interesting though; if Mnemosyne can rewrite history even in the animus, then suddenly everything is suspect. Quite an effective manipulation tool.
