Today I tried the Sunbites Grain Waves Sour Cream and Chives and the Sunbites Snack Crackers with Quinoa Cheddar Cheese & Chives. They are both a source of wholegrain and as Sunbites say, ‘they have a little bit of sun in every bite’ Talk about flavour! I love the Sour Cream Grain Waves. Very satisfying with the crunch and taste. I also loved the crackers. I’ve had Cheddar Cheese crackers before and the Sunbites crackers held their own. I’ll definitely get them again. What’s best is they are free of artificial colours, flavours and preservatives which makes for an awesome snack! #cooking #sorghum for #breakfast - one of the #theplantparadox friendly #glutenfree #grains from the sorghum Plant. I boiled 2 cups of water and 1/2 cup of Sorghum for 39 minuets. Next I put the cooked sorghum with some milk in a food processor and blended until creamy.
