Listen, I won't pretend that I am some tech nerd who knows how this shit works, but I can promise you this: pirating sites are not going down because someone shared them in the comments on instagram reels or tiktok. A few anime sites that I've been using have gone down in the past few days and I am seeing people freak out whenever someone mentions the alternatives because "Now, the bad guys are going to find them and take them down!" Do you really believe that people who are taking these sites down don't know about most, if not all of the sites that we are using? Do you really think that the biggest issue for them is finding these sites? Bestie, I don't know how to break this to you, but you (and me!) are not some tech guru who at the ripe age of 13 had the knowledge, skills and resources that these companies don't. Look me in the eyes and tell me that you really think that your teen/pre-teen ass could find these not-so-secret sites with thousands if not millions of users, but somehow million-dollar companies like Crunchyroll couldn't…
In conclusion: Please stop attacking people who are sharing the alternatives. I promise you it's not them.
