I’m a clumsy fool. Rolled my bad ankle hard to say. Blacked out during the fall. My phone was thrown three feet away from me. My palm is bruised from the impact. My left leg is scarped and bruised from hell. Fuck. This is the ankle I had surgery on. Full ligament repair, bone removal, bone shavin and bone repair. Mmmmm fuck.
Back From Ankle Surgeon
In pain right now from ankle being poked and prodded for x-rays and examinations, but I am allowed to start carefully trying to walk on it while wearing the boot and using a walker, cane or a crutch. I just have to be careful. He says if I keep doing what he says then I can stay in a boot throughout healing and won't need to go back into a cast!
In two weeks if swelling has stayed down and there have been no problems, I can try walking short distances within my house while wearing a regular shoe.
