One day at a time, today was easier then the lasts. Had a few moments of frustration and anger but changed my mindset. I need to approach all of this with a calm outlook.

One day at a time and that’s what I plan to do. First steps are always hard but I too mine by going to the doctor and discussing a game plan for my growth and bloom. Don’t you know I’m a lotus and I’m growing through the thick dark mud till I can bloon fully under the sunshine and positive life I am working towards.
