I had played and tested 4 apartments already, I'm currently using the Hennessy siblings from @plumbtales Higly recommended for playtesters tho, super funny to play with and a fast way to get sims in your bin for your lots

Sinks are useful without counters, and with the shift mod we can make customized sinks for bathrooms and kitchens 😍
It also works in 45 degrees! this will be great for freedom when planning your bathrooms and kitchens
