Okay so I had a thought that has had me standing over my kitchen counter like a detective trying to crack a case, What would even go down in a universe where scarlet koito and Juliana both existed at the same time? I mean would one exclusively travel with Nemona or would both end up with her and doing the gym challenge?? I think Arceus has forsaken me with this one..

For just the two, Juliana probably wouldn't be initially contacted for Operation Starfall given Scarlet would be the one to rescue Penny like it happens in the manga, but I could see her being a moral thorn in Letty's side, all but demanding she do the Gyms for Nemona's sake. And I doubt she'd give up whichever bike she has to Letty quite so easily.
I could totally see Juliana beating Scarlet in a battle and only allowing her to borrow the bike for her Treasures of Ruin business if she plays nice. And at just that moment, Penny contacts Letty again and is like "Please help with Operation Starfall, I have nobody else to ask-" which of course Juliana jumps on like "You're doing that now!"
I do love the idea of Scarlet trying to be edgy with these two sunshine children (Juliana and Nemona) refusing to let her be.
Funnily enough, I do know there's art with 3 versions of the protagonists as siblings: Juliana, Anna from "After the Rain With You" and Scarlet. In which case it'd probably be easy to divvy them into each plotline respectively via Juliana with Arven, Anna with Nemona and Letty with Penny. And the whole being siblings thing would make it really easy for the other two to be like "You gotta go do Team Star stuff, Scarlet :c" and annoy their sister into submission.
