Hi friend! Ahh I love The Holiday, such a great comfort movie and a perfect pick for this time of the year 🥹 I feel you, we’re all SG orphans this year! One Hallmark-themed AU I love to revisit is Love, Actually, is All Around by @punk-rock-yuppie. A few weeks ago I thought of doing a Christmassy rec list with fics like that then I gave up on the idea, but your ask made me reconsider so I’ll be posting it tomorrow :) stay tuned! Ooooooh what is Dracos 40th birthday??

hi darling!! you and @textrovert-01 both asked for this one ❤️

It would be based on this drabble I wrote where Draco went living to France after Astoria’s death and never came back until his 40th birthday, alas.

And he meets Potter, and they’ve changed so much? so this is basically them discovering each other almost as if they’d never met before. I don’t have much but I love the vibes this idea give me, so here’s one of my fave line as to now from it:

“Then tell me, Potter: if for one night, one day, even only one minute, you could be anyone else. Who would you be?” 

This question taunts Harry --whose first response had been “I don’t... Malfoy, I like my life”-- and bursts the little bubble of condescending happiness he’d built up to the moment he met Draco, made of galas and paparazzi and shaking important hands and smiling at the cameras.

I legit thought that no one would get what the hell I was on about, and also no one would get what the hell Harry and Draco were on about lol 

And it was also the first fic I wrote where I wanted to make people laugh, and I didn’t think it would! ☽: how people *actually* responded People were so nice!!! A lot of them told me they laughed out loud and it made me so happy! There was even art! to this day I am still skoothed that happened, from one of my fav drarry artists no less...needless to day I was floored and very grateful and still very happy when people tell me it made them laugh

I answered 22 here! ADHD is so annoying honestly. I wish I could listen to music and do anything other than sing along or play mindless video games but alas I cannot.

46. Few long essay reviews or many short reviews?

Oooo - are we talking like, reviews of my fic on Tumblr? I think I’m gonna go with many short reviews (though MY GOD long reviews are AMAZING!! Not a lot of people review my fics ha ha, so it’s not something I’m that familiar with?). I think anytime I know someone is enjoying my writing and wants to share that with their own followers? That is quite possibly the most amazing feeling in the world, and it’s such an honor any time it happens!! Even “just” (because it’s also huge) being included on a rec list is incredible!!! Honestly, having someone reblog the fic post I’ve made? ALSO INCREDIBLE. 

I guess, basically, I’m super easy for people liking my work and telling other people about it, whatever form it takes.
